Registration and Admission to Global Indian International School Singapore (GIIS) - 环球印度国际学校入学报名

Admissions in GIIS campuses are open throughout the year however they are subject to availability. The academic year for all curricula except the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme commences in April and ends in March. The IB academic year begins in July and concludes in June.

Please provide us following original documents for the quick registration (all non-English documents have to be translated into English and notarized):

1. Student's Passport
2. Birth Certificate
3. Dependant Pass / PR Form / Re-entry permit (If applicable)
4. Educational certificates of the previous academic year
5. Photograph
6. Immunization Records
7. Both Parents' Passport
8. Parents' Employment Pass or Dependent Pass (If applicable)

After the registration and the payment of the registration fee, we will arrange the student for Interaction and Aptitude Test at GIIS.

GIIS will decide the admission class or grade for the student based on this test result, age group and previous/latest educational certificate.

The student and parent need to sign Advisory Note and Student Contract and do the full payment for school fees. The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) Certificate will be provided, along with receipts for payments made.

Upon completion of registration and school fees payment, we will submit the Student Pass application to Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA). Students who hold the Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) or Dependent Pass do not need to apply for Student Pass.

Once the approval letter from the ICA is released, we will arrange the student an appointment to collect the Student Pass and then he/she can start the to attend the school.

Our company is appointed to making the admission process to GIIS as simple and comprehensible as possible. We will not be collecting fees for rendering this service. Our partnership with the school aims to speed up the admission process to the school as well as helping students with the immigration related matters.

Points to note:

• Student who transfer another Singapore's school, the Original Transfer Certificate(s) need/s to be submitted within one month of joining GIIS.
• As the academic year starts in April, this is typically the busiest period, we recommend that you plan and complete the admission related matters with us earlier this time to avoid the rush.
